This morning, in lieu of assembly, the entire school moved out into the quad to take the 'All-School Photo.'
There are two traditions associated with the photo. The first, and arguably most important, tradition is the Velvet Elvis. A large canvas is always displayed prominently in both corners of the picture. Are two "Elvi" necessary to make this happen? No. In fact, because the camera slowly pans from left to right, it gives quick and sure-footed students the possibility of being in the picture (with Elvis) twice.
